Echipa ICHB formată din 8 elevi de gimnaziu, extrem de pasionați de limba engleză și d-na profesor Busra Sen, ne-a reprezentat timp de 2 săptămâni (4 – 18 aprilie), la Olimpiada Internațională de limba engleză din UK si a obtinut un minunat loc 5 din 120 de scoli (din 23 de tari).

Întreaga echipă a muncit enorm pentru a se pregăti temeinic pentru Mystery Challenge, Debate and Improvisation Challenge, Drama Contest și A Capella Contest.

Busra Sen:
“Today, we stand by having represented our school successfully within the British English Olympics 2019, among over 120 schools from 23 different countries from China to Panama.
We have come fifth with our overall score. We have obtained 2nd place in Mystery Challenge (building up a ball track and giving a speech about it), 3rd place in Debate and Improvisation Challenge (writing a play, preparing props and acting it out – all within 4 hours of time), 5th place in Drama Contest and A Cappella Song Contest (all written and performed by our amazing team).
We also received a People’s Choice award given based on the votes of other teams.
